I have been living here for over 5 years. The neighborhood is quiet, family and pet friendly. My kids look forward to summertime to enjoy the on-site pool. The staff (Renee and Mona) have always been friendly and adhere to any requests and concerns quickly. The maintenance worker (Roy) works quickly to get the service orders completed. Thank you staff for all you do! I love calling Farmingdale my home.
The time I lived at Farmingdale Townhouses was a very happy experience. The amenities – exercise room, pool and laundry – were very clean, safe and modern. Even more important, the office and maintenance staff were exceptional. Whatever I needed, they were there for me. Their friendliness was always evident, even when they were very busy. The grounds were always kept neat and tidy.
I moved here into a two-bedroom townhouse about two months ago. The management has been great! Renee and Ramona are a great team. Also, the maintenance has been on top of any needs I have requested, thanks Roy! The neighborhood has been one of the best places I have lived in a while. I’m leasing for 6 months, and I was not able to find a better rate for a short term that would keep me within 30mins from Richmond city. I’m already considering renewing my lease before starting to build my house. Thanks to the Farmingdale Team!!!

It means so much that you helped me in my time of need. You rushed so I could get the apartment when I was in great need of working something out in a hurry. You made our stay peaceful and comfortable. We will never forget all you did in our time of need.
I have lived here 4 yrs now and I still love as much now as ever!! Well I need to say now is when I went to the office a little after 9 am to let them know my A/C was giving me an issue and within a couple of hours a repair Man was there to fix. I have never had such service and understanding from any place that I lived from Texas to Virginia.. Thanks so much Renee and Mona appreciate you both very much!!!
